QCV12 缸系列發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)是在原 12V 柴油機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)的一款用于發(fā)電機(jī)組的產(chǎn)品，在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、可靠性、經(jīng)濟(jì)型、環(huán)保、振動(dòng)噪聲和外形上實(shí)現(xiàn)了重大升級(jí)。燃油系統(tǒng)、進(jìn)、排氣增壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行全部?jī)?yōu)化，功率范圍覆蓋 510-660kw。
QCV12series engine is a new type of engine designed by on the basis of the original 12Vdiesel engine. The fuel system, intake and exhaust pressurization system are all optimized, and the power range covers 510-660kw.
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)
采用了高合金鑄鐵，整體式缸蓋，采用 AVL 切向氣道的氣缸蓋，降低了渦流比， 提升了進(jìn)氣流量系數(shù)氣流強(qiáng)度，增加氣流壓力，提升功率并有效降低排放。
采用雙水泵、大流量機(jī)油泵，提高了柴油機(jī)高功率下高熱負(fù)荷工作的冷卻能力； 采用外置機(jī)油冷卻器，提升了冷卻潤(rùn)滑能力，滿足不同環(huán)境溫度的地區(qū)使用。
采用增壓器中置排氣管，優(yōu)化密封結(jié)構(gòu)，降低漏氣概率提高增壓器的工作效
率。
加大曲軸行程，增加排量。
采用高壓力大功率燃油泵，滿足更大的功率要求，同時(shí)配用高強(qiáng)度專用聯(lián)軸
器，使結(jié)構(gòu)更加穩(wěn)定，提高供油可靠性。
High alloy cast iron, integral cylinder cover and AVL tangential cylinder cover reduce the eddy ratio, increase the air intensity of the air intake flow coefficient, increase the air pressure, increase the power and effectively reduce the emission.
Double pumps and large flow pumps are used to improve the cooling capacity of diesel engine under high power. External oil cooler is used to improve the cooling and lubricating ability and meet different environmental temperatures.
The central exhaust pipe of the supercharger is adopted to optimize the sealing structure, reduce the probability of air leakage and improve the efficiency of the
supercharger.
Increase crankshaft stroke and increase displacement.
High pressure and high power fuel pump is adopted to meet the requirement of higher power. Meanwhile, high strength special coupling is used to make the structure
more stable and improve oil supply reliability.
